My process often involves slow, unstable materials: light, chemistry, water and time. I am interested in how matter reacts, transforms and responds to contact, as if it carried its own kind of sensitivity.
My practice is a continuous dialogue with what surrounds me: I let materials guide the process, embracing unpredictability as an essential part of making. I investigate the relationships between body, environment and matter, tracing how form takes shape through gesture and time.
After five years in Australia, where I studied and worked in film production, I returned to Italy and later moved to London, where I recently completed a Master in Photography at the Royal College of Art.

Mi interessa il modo in cui la materia reagisce, si trasforma e risponde al contatto, come se avesse una propria sensibilità. La mia pratica è un dialogo continuo con ciò che mi circonda: lascio che siano i materiali a orientare il processo, accettando l’imprevisto come parte essenziale del fare.
Indago le relazioni tra corpo, ambiente e materia, seguendo il modo in cui la forma si costruisce attraverso il gesto e il tempo.
Dopo cinque anni in Australia, dove ho studiato e lavorato nel cinema, sono tornata in Italia e poi mi sono trasferita a Londra, dove ho appena concluso un Master in Fotografia al Royal College of Art.
